Service Division

Ion Service Division provides a range of water systems, clean and disinfections and planned preventive maintenance programmes designed to control and prevent the proliferation of pathogenic micro-organisms such as Legionella in water systems and other stored supplies.

Ion’s professional water and environmental services are implemented in accordance with a comprehensive risk management control programme, in compliance with all local and national environmental and health and safety legislation including ACOP L8 2001.

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE

• Electronic log books

• Planned, preventive maintenance programs, inspection, monitoring and management of all water systems for performance, cleanliness, contamination and damage

• Inclusion of detailed PPM planner, reports and test certificates highlighting corrective works and recommendations where required

• Microbiological and chemical sampling and analysis by UKAS accredited laboratories

• Cleaning, chlorination and disinfection programmes for water systems and supplies

• Cooling tower treatments

• Dosing plant and system

• Ultra violet treatments

• Legionella instant protection

• Rainwater catchment system

• Health and safety labelling

• Training of clients’ personnel

• Submission of risk assessments, method statements, COSHH assessments and specifications
