Title: Service Compliance Officer
Responsible to: Operations Manager
Responsible for:
Ensuring all Service sites are in full compliance with L8 ACOP
Liaison with:
Supervisor
Administrator
IMS Lead
Visiting Specialists
Main Purpose of the Job
Ensuring all works to current / future service sites comply fully with the ACOP L8 Requirements. Ensuring all tasks are completed and fully documented for future reference.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Update all active L8 Risk Assessments
Document all outstanding works to completion
Liaise with Clients and Ion Account managers / Operations Manager
Liaise with IMS Lead to ensure all processes, procedures and documentation are adhered to.
Attributes Required
Good understanding of Health and Safety
Good Knowledge of current Legislation in relation to domestic hot and cold water systems and safe systems of work
Qualifications:
Educated to HNC / City and Guilds standard or similar
Experience:
Experience of water systems covering:
• Domestic Hot and Cold
• Cooling Towers
• Swimming pool / Spas / Baths
Aptitudes:
Good verbal and written communication skill
Good interpretation skills
An ability to deal with numerical information
Good inter-personnel skills
